Interim EAD

My current EAD expired on 7/10/2005.
EAD renewal RD 4/8/2005.
EAD renewal ND 4/13/2005.

I received a letter from VSC asking frontal photographs since I had sent side-faced photos.

I sent the frontal photos today. Will this affect me getting my Interim EAD on 7/10/2005 incase I have not received my EAD by that time?

Also can someboy please tell me if the 90 day rule is from Receipt date or Notice Date?
