I got RFE on photos for EAD and AP and RFE is replied today. I am planning to go for Interim EAD as soon as the online status updates about the RFE reply as my current EAD is going to expire soon.
Now my questions are:
how soon the site is updated about the receipt of RFE reply.
And how good are my chances of getting an interim EAD at SanJose INS center, provided I taking all the possible documentation(I-140 receipt & approval, I-485 receipt, current EAD, Employee letter and the RFE copy and reply documents, driver's license)
Please respond if any of you know of any similar cases where interim EAD is issued while an RFE is pending and responded(site updated/not updated - in case if USCIS delays in updating the site.)
