My EAD receipt dt 1/3/06
Biometrics and RFE asking for I-94 mailed on 2/17 and USCIS recd on 2/20/06
sent reminder to expedite the case on 3/25
Today is 100 days over rec date and went to local Dalas office for interim EAD but they refused because it is not 90 days over the RFE date, which should be 2/20 and even their systems shows the RFE dt as 3/31 which was my reminder.. MY current EAD expires on 4/17 but they dont care and say they would process from RFE rec date..
any way how to have them expedite to approve my EAD? thanks
