I had applied for my EAD Renewal on March 22nd, since my Current EAD was Expiring on June 26th 2006. I got a RFE for my Photo Missing in May 1st week, I had send the photo and it was Received on May 18th.
Today I went to the local USCIS Office in Los Angeles, California for an Interim EAD, since its already past 90 days.
First they said my 90 days starts after receiving the RFE, which I am sure is wrong, when I told them the 90 days starts from the Application Receipt Date, then they asked me what RFE I receive, I told them it was for the missing Photo. They asked me to show the Copy of the RFE, but I didn’t have it.
So, now i have to go again for a new appointment , with the RFE notice .
But my Attorney said keep working since the case is pending. Dont know what to do.....
