Interim EAD question.

I applied for my third EAD in Jan 2003 at TSC. My current EAD expires in May 2003. Judging from TSC's processing timeframe, I guess I will need an interim EAD. My question is where do I apply?

My Labor + 140 were done in Dallas, TX when I was living there. I left Dallas only after completing 180 days on 485. I am now in Birmingham - AL.

So should I apply for an in person interim EAD at the local offie in Birmingham OR the Regional Office in Atlanta or at TSC itself?

You can apply in your local INS office in AL
TSC has speeded up the process of EADs. I had filed in dec 18 and i got approved yesterday. So i guess u can just wait it out.
