Could anyone please share their experience in obtaining interim EAD from NYC. Me and my spouse have concurrently filed 1-485/140/765 with RD 11/12/02 and ND 12/17/02.
Can we get interim EAD after 90 days?
Is Federal plaza issuing interim EAD's?
We are currently out ot status, would this be a problem?
Does federal plaza issue interim EAD for new applications or just renewals.
Please any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
