Has anyone gone to the NYC ins office for interim EAD? Can you please share your experience, as I may need to go next week. My I-765 receipt date is Jan 6, 2004 and I have not received my EAD yet. This is a renewal based on pending I-485. My current EAD expires on May 5 and I would rather than wait for the last minute. (why do they make our lives miserable!)
