My EAD application for EAD renewal is pending @ NSC for more then 100 days. My ND is 04/10/03. When I went to Detroit INS for interim EAD they told me they have stopped issuing interim EAD. When I checked BCIS site under detroit office it says
"
Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) (first time & renewals)
It is very important to fully complete the Form I-765. Please be sure that all relevant information is included on the application and that required supporting documentation is provided.
Please mail your completed Form I-765 to:
BCIS - Applications
ATTN: EAD
333 Mt. Elliott Street
Detroit, MI 48207
Note: We will continue to accept in person interim EAD applications (if the initial request has been pending for 90 days or more).
