How can we get Interim EAD? Whats the process? Do we need to take infopass appointment? If we need how can we take Infopass Appointment? Gurus help me.

Make an infopass appointment. Request to "speak to an immigration officer" or "questions regarding your case". When you get to the counter, tell them you're here to get an EAD. If it's been > 90 days since you filed, they should not hassle you. If it's < 90 days, you need to have supporting evidence to suggest an emergency situation.
