INTERIM EAD IN < than 90 DAYS

Hey Guys & Gals

IS THERE A WAY TO GET IEAD in < 90 days. IF SO THEN WHERE IN CALIFORNIA CAN I GET THAT. MY EAD expires in 10 days (4/9/03). My company needs to see something or some form of documentation that will make them calm down.

I really need help from all u experts out there. Would appreciate a quick response from any one and everyone

Simple answer is it's not possible before 90 days.

what do you mean by this? anyway, don't even think of working without a valid EAD. it's not worth taking the chance.
 
been there, done that

have your employer pay for the primium h-1, u'll get it in a week. hopefully ur AP is valid, then u can go to Mexico to "activate" the newly obtained h-1. then u cab be back to work.

don't go to Mexco w/o a valid AP.
