Anybody has had any experience in getting the interim EAD at the Sacramento local office. Also please let me know if anybody has tried getting an interim EAD before the 90 days from RD ? My wife, who is on H4 visa has a job offer contingent on EAD approval before July 31. My 90 day period ends on Aug 18. I was wondering if I could go to the local office and try to get an Interim EAD....If I get rejected now, can I go again after my 90 days is over ??? Will this be a negative on my application ????
