interim EAD; Help needed

Hi
We filed EAD renewal on July 29 and still pending in VSC. Whether anybody knows the procedure for getting the interim EAD from Newark BCIS office

just walkin to newark uscis office and show the receipt notice of i485 and ead and state that its been more than 90 days and request them to issue an i-ead.
