Interim EAD from a different location

I need to get my Interim EAD from St. Louis but I cannot get any appointments scheduled through Info pass. I have 2 questions:

1. Can I go directly without an appointment.
2. I am planning a trip to Oklahoma City can I get my interim EAD from there as appointments are available there.

You might be able to get it without appointment. I just got mine from NYC and there were a few people without appointments.

Not sure whether you could go to a different location as you will be out of jurisdiction.Good luck!
