Interim EAD for L2

Hi,

It will be more than 90 days since I applied for my EAD. I want to get my Interim EAD so that I can continue my job. I enquired in SanJose, CA local USCIS office and they dont issue interim EAD anymore. How can I get my interim EAD ?

Any help is appreciated.
