I had efiled for a EAD renewal and gave the fingerprints but didnt know i had to send back the Blue notice letter back to USCIS. After my existing EAD got expired on may 17,2005, i scheduled for an appointement to get an interim EAD at the local atlanta ins office. At that time the immigration officer told me that the STatus of my EAD application shows that they are waiting for the blue letter to be sent back to INS and i could come back and try once the status changes. So i mailed it and the status changed on may23,so i went on may 24th,2005. To my surprise, the INS officer told me that in the meantime they issued an RFE on my I485 for fingerprints and till that is cleared, and the status changes to 'received information' i cannot get an interim EAD. I am willing to provide all the information, fingerprints and stuff like that but i dont want to be out of job that long. Is their a way to appeal the denial of interim EAD? Urgent, please help
