Interim EAD - Baltimore

I am planning to go to Baltimore for my IEAD next week. I have a EAD renewal pending at VSC with a ND of 7th Dec. 2003.

Has any one been to Baltimore recently for their IEAD? If yes, could you please share your experience...

Can I go to the Arlington INS office for IEAD, even if I don't leave in VA.

Hi

I am in the same boat as you. My EAD expires May 22 and I filed Jan 12th, so I have to go for interim EAD on Apr 12th.

I was looking around and found this on a website

"BALTIMORE, MD
An applicant can go to the office any day after the 90th day with
proof of filing, but must wait until the BCIS notice in the mail to go back on the day of your appointment, which will be about two - three weeks later."

The site is called www.garmo.com and it says it is a comprehensive list of immigration issues at different service centres and local offices.

Wish I could help more but this is all I found.

I just looked at my EAD Notice, and the ND is 23 March, so I think I can go only after 90 days, i.e either 23 OR on 24 March.

If you happen to go to baltimore on 22nd, please let me know with details.
