Interim EAD at the LA office

hi All,

Has anybody have any experience with obtaining interim EAD at the Los Angeles district office?.. can we walk in and get the interim EAD on the same day or do we have to have an appointment... Also do we necessarily have to wait for the 90 days.. do they strictly flow the 90 day rule before issuing an interim EAD.
