Interim EAD at Philadelphia

Any one know whether Philadelphia office issues interim EAD or not?

I was about to go to Philly office for iEAD but learned that my EAD renewal got approved on 05-03-2004 (ND: 01-07-2004).

Yes, you can get your iEAD at Philly. Gegemon has posted a link to my experience.
