I filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently as well as I-765 in March 2003, and BCIS received them on March 31, 2003. Now my I-765 is still pending, and I am thinking to get interim EAD at Boston local office.
Does anyone have the experience of applying interim EAD at Boston office? What material should I bring with me? I got an RFE for I-140 and BCIS received the response on June 10, 2003. Does the RFE have any effect on my interim EAD approval?
