Can I apply for interim EAD at an ASC in another city? The city I live in gives out interim EAD appointments.. but I can get an earlier appointment at an ASC in another city located within the same state.
My wife's EAD app is pending more than 90 days and I have called USCIS twice already and keep getting the same message "case under officer review. call back after 14 days". Now my wife's EAD expires in one week.
Do I take the same set of documents as the paper application. I suppose I will need to take the original docs + photos.
