interim EAD about to expire, not yet recieved EAD from VSC

Hi friends,

I got my interim EAD 5 months back and it expires next month. I had applied for my EAD in January and then got RFE, replied back to RFE, but VSC never updated the website saying they got thr response to the RFE, I again called them and started a enquiry but no response yet. Now Can I get my interim EAD extented from Arlington office or if anyone was in same boat as me please advice.

Also can I apply for new EAD while the old is pending.

Same happend to my case

5 Months after getting my i-EAD there was no response from VSC.. so i requested expidite request.. they responded back saying since i was issue i-EAD my origninal EAD was denied..so I ended up applying fresh EAD last week.

Hi glrao,

can you tell me how did you get the expidite request done and also do I have to wait for a proper answer from INS on my current EAD application before I can file a new one.
