I noticed on the BCIS website that while TSC is waiting for you to respond to a RFE you are not eligible for any interim benifits.
If the RFE is on the 485 case does that mean that you are not eligible to renew your EAD as long as TSC does not receive your response to the RFE. I'm still waiting for a RFE dated 08/Aug/03 for my 485 case to arrive and have recently applied for my 3rd EAD.

Yes, you are right. You can apply for EAD and AP but they will approve your EAD and AP only after receiving your reply for RFE.
