Interim Ap or Urgent AP

Family person died yesterday.Need to go to india .. "Need AP".
What are the steps to take Urgent AP from USCIS.

1(for Engish)
2(Pending status)
6(Check status of pending case)
1(Enter reciept #)
3(Continue)
6(for any Problem)
1(For any emergency like death)
