Interim Advance Parole

Is there something like a interim Advance Parole. I want to go to India but i didnt get my AP.
I would greatly appreciate your suggestions guyz.

What is your RD/ND and what is your Service Center?

Yes, I have read many threads here which talk about Emergency Parole. So, look arround here and I am sure u will find what u r looking for here.

90 days +

AP RD:3/13/03
ND is just about 2 days apart.

Just FYI, i have an RFE on 485. Dont know what it is yet...


If there is an emergency parole do you know what are the prerequisites and docs required.

Do you know what the RFE on 485 is?

There is nothing as interim AP.You can apply for emergency AP.
For emergency parole U can go to local service center with ur AP application, 485 receipt copy,approved 140 receipt(if approved), documented reason for emergency(like doctors letter) etc.
 
My Service center is Vermont

My app is in VSC.


I will try doing that next week. I have everything mentioned but documented proof of emergency. So, i think i should just go ahead and try.
