What if I do not get advance parole approved even after the processing time.
Is it a possibilty to get it in local INS office like as EAD-interim. Thanks in advance. If I can what is the procedure to do it. Thanks all of you.
Well you can get an AP if you prove there is an emergency, usually there is something compelling like a medical emergency back home, education related etc. can be proved. Consult the lawyer but YES it is possible to get emergency AP like interim=EAD
