Hi,
My RD for EAD 2nd renewal is June 28th 2004 from TSC andstill waiting.
My case is : I moved to california from TSC region and updated TSC about my address change and then filed my EAD renewal at TSC as my I-485 is still with TSC as the online status shows "it takes us 800-900 days to process..." .
I have seen most of the people filed EAD after me got approved .
SO i am worried and after 90 days, i not yet received EAD from TSC. Planning to go to local INS center.
SO JUST WANT TO CHECK WHICH LOCAL INS CENTER DO I NEED TO GO. SINCE MY CASE IS IN TSC, IF I GO TO MY LOCAL INS IN CALIFORNIA, WILL THEY ISSUE ME THE I-EAD?.
PLEASE PROVIDE UR EXPERIENCE.
