Type: Old time regular Non-RIR AEC
140 filed on Sept 16 2007
140 approved on Feb 25 2009.
Labor -2:
PD - August 2 2006 - labor approved Nov 10 2006
Type - Perm EB3
140 filed on Nov 22 2006
140 approved Feb 23 2007.
485 filed - based on Perm Labor 140 approval on July 26 2007.
Now, can the Labor 1 PD be ported to my current 485 filing using the inter-filing process.
Has anyone come across the above type of situation ?
Please share your experiences.
