Say,I have filed I-485 from current Company A with PD Jan 2006,but my old Labor with previous Company B got approved.
I filed an I-140 for Company B labor and it got approved and then,I interfiled that I-140 with current I-485 with Company A.
Question is- Do I have to work for Company B once my I-485 is approved,meaning,since using Company B I140 PD,I-485 filed for Company A switches to Company B as a future Employment.
More clear questions:-
1. Can one interfile just to have advantage of early PD and still continue I485 from Company A with intent of continuing with Company A?
2. If one does such interfiling,does I485 switch to Company B and is it mandatory to work for Company B after 485 approval?
I dont intend to join company B and just want to use early PD.
