I filed I140/485 concurrently in May 2006 with sub LC. I filed another I140 with my original LC in April in PP and it was approved in a week. My attorney and I filed separate requests to interfile this approved I140 with my pending I485. I talked to IOs several times and they said that the interfile should have been done since my I485 is with an officer.
But today I received a rfe email (though I don't know what it is). I was thinking that officer won't be paying attention to my old I140 since I requested interfile and will approve my 485 directly. Does any one had this experience? I am confused.
I was stuck in name check for a while and my name check got cleared in the last week of June 2007.
