I called up Service Rep today ( using POJ) and it was connected to a nice IO who explained that my case is assigned to an officer ( to the same officer who sent me an RFE). Advised me sending a fax to that officer might help (BTW, you can see officer # on your RFE letter).


I appreciate your inputs/experience on this.

1) Does it help if you send a fax to an IO to whom your case is assigned to?
2) They recieved my RFE response on 6/19 so do you guys think it's okay to send fax within 30days?

I would give them another couple of weeks, you do not want to be seen harassing them

Then call the 1 800 number for a case status review
