Interesting thing on latest NSC/TSC processing times

I just noticed weird thing on NSC/TSC processing times.
I don't see EB1 EA/OR/MM listed at all.
Are they temporary stopped processing EB1?

Also, the EAD processing at TSC is shown as December 14, 2006. It was March 26, 2007 in the May processing time status. Why the hell is it retrogressing?
