Just saw online case status and my 3rd EAD has been approved today. (it wasnt showing that this morning).
The interesting part is my EAD receive date was 1/12/2004. So I went to Baltimore local office yesterday (91st day). They saw my receipt notice and took my 765 form, and told me that they would call me in couple of weeks for interim EAD. Dont know if that triggered the EAD approval. (for both me and wife). My original expires 5/19/04.
Ofcourse I dont know if this approval is good or bad, coz I had got RFE for employment letter on March 17 and INS received the reply April 2. So I was hoping the GC itself would be approved rather than EAD.
