Interesting statistics of remaining cases for 2001 !!

Here is some statistics from www.rupnet.com for VSC (as of 1630 EST 01/23/03).


August 2001 RD
Total Filers: 416
Approvals: 327
RFE: 59
Approved: 51

September 2001 RD
Total Filers: 347
Approvals: 216
RFE: 46
Approved: 12

October 2001 RD
Total Filers: 404
Approvals: 148
RFE: 47
Approved: 11

November 2001 RD
Total Filers: 266
Approvals: 7
RFE: 3
Approved: 0

December 2001 RD
Total Filers: 194
Approvals: 4
RFE: 2
Approved: 1

Assuming everybody entered their case in www.rupnet.com(which may not be the case), the INS has atleast about 800 more petitions to adjust for status for 2001. The approval rate as we see for ppl who know about www.rupnet.com is about 5-10 everyday.. which means if the same trend continues it would take 4-8 months for everybody to have their case processed.
But all these things can change if INS doubles up..
Lets see what happens..

Sorry to burst your bubble. But when I ran a query on INS site for about a 1000 EAC nos in the sept RD. I got
35% approved
37% transferred
13% Not heard anything
17% RFE
This was run about 2 weeks back. The percentages are approx as I am not referring to them as I speak. You can find them on the Sept RD Holder thread.

Your percentage is a little off(adds up to 102%).. but thats not the point.. According to rupnet stats, for september 2001 62% have been approved.. If this is not the case(since yours says 35%) its worse than how it comes up in www.rupnet.com..
