My employer is based in VA. I am in Atlanta, GA. My 140 has been approved recently at VSC. My attorney has sent me a package saying that my 485 should be applied at TSC and Atlanta Local INS office. I want to apply at VSC as it is faster compared to TSC.
Also the attorney says that a copy of the driver\'s license is needed to establish the state residency. I am very much confused. I presume that the case gets transferred to the local INS office only when the applicant is called for the interview. What shall I do to apply at VSC since the employer is also based at VSC? Any inputs will be very helpful. Thanks.
