Does the state of the applicant matter in terms of processing speed at VSC? It appears that guys from NJ got their approvals faster than anybody else. A friend of mine with RD of 2/12/02 got his approval at the end of September, and a guy with a May, 02 RD got approved today (See Rupnet). Any comments?
