What has that to do with people who have VALID visas/permits...?? If you are not supposed to work..u should not..They didnt get arrested as they didnt have EAD cards with them right? They got arrested as they were working when they r NOT supposed to ...That is ILLEGAL anyways...

if illegals are reduced it would and should help us. less numbers of general amnesty.
if there is shortage then this guys should be givn legal access. but then wall mart is no better than desi sweat shops -also called as softwared companies

What the hell are you talking about? Its too long you guys been living in US and you need to go back & see the poverty, despair and the life average Indian or Mexican live in their country. Its not always about legal & illegal status or what is better for "US", so called educated Indians on H1B.
Food, hunger, Clothing and basic life requirements is much more than the so called legal status. What do you think this "INS" was sleeping when all these illegal workers were coming to US? No!!
They let them come till they need these illegal workers in US for $5.00 per hour basic job and suddenly start crackng on them when their economy gets slowed down. This is all big business the INS is in and the only purpose INS does is helping US economy whichever way they have to.
Don't be surprised if tomorrow it could be any of us"so called H1B"

Cool off khush!! I dont think poverty has anything to do with this..They were looking about this for the past 5 years..and they had their chance...being illegal means ILLEGAL if u r rich..poor...r any other thing...

U say that its a scheme INS does..letting people into the country and crach them down..wake up dude..why would they spend 100s of millions of dollars for BORDER PATROL..if they wanted this to happen..Moreover poverty has nothing to do with this forum..this is supposed to be an immigration forum..
