Interesting information for I-130/I-485 filed concurrently.

Hello guys,

I've been wondering about the timeline of my I-130 since its been more than 90 days and i didnt get any other update on it.

Well, i called USCIS Hotline they say that when a I-130 is filed along with the I-485, there might not be a decision or notice of it, because the mayor application is the I-485 and, their word says, that once the I-485 is approved it means the I-130 is approved also.

Hope it helps somebodies worries. ;)

That's correct. I could not even see my I-130 online until right before the interview. I could see see I-765 and I-485 fine though.

Execpt for the I-765 and I-131 everything is send to your local office and that's where its all adjusted, executed whatever at the day of your interview, when you file concurrently.

Also the online status is very unreliable. My I-765 still says it was received December 26 and processing is taking 30-90 days. I received the card in March and had my interview in May 18. And as I mentioned I could not see my I-130 online till couple of days before the itnerview. I would get bad receipt number error.

My I-485 was approved in feb, and i still can't see my I-130 online. I did not get an approval letter for I-130 either. I still dont know what happened to it, and i dont think i care about it anymore ;)

Yeah but its good to know that they dont care either, so you wont have surprises on future :p
