May be NCSC sent too many fax inquiries to CSC without knowing how exactly CSC process cases! So they (CSC) don't want to communicate to NCSC any more... may be... so disconnected FAX machine
Previously lets say in a day app. 1000 people tried calling CSC number and they waited for ever on the phone and only 10-20 were able to talk to an IIO and from all that number may be only couple ended up as a note to Sup. Now potentially all those 1000 can talk to a human being and may be half of them ended up as FAX inquiries...
Am not sure if these guys atleast have the basic skills to
read. They give the same kind of answers when we call.
I am pretty sure that they did not even key the number
into the system to find what is happening with the case.
Had they tried to find they would have marked the case
saying that they have issued an RFE on the same day.
Considering the fact that they had sent my file sometime
back to NRC...this is nothing.....
Anyways I am waiting to see what the RFE is all about..
hopefully it is the same regular w-2, paystub and evl
kind of thing...
