My case is with VSC, I got an email from USCIS at Fri, 17 Sep 2004 18:17:22 -0400 (EDT), Does that mean VSC is working overtime beyond 6 pm ? OR since I am living now in CA, they have moved my case to CSC???

My wife has called last week, to change the address and this is the exact LUD and email info :
