My atorney did not receive the RFE notice on my wife's EAD case. But we received advance parole RFE adn replied to it.
My lawyer suggested me to call VSC and ask for a duplicate copy of RFE. Yetsreday I called them and asked for a copy of RFE on EAD case.
Surprisingly, Today EAD is approved. I never expected this. But AP is not approved.
Just posting here If anybody has this situation, You can try like this. It may work ...............
