Spoke to USCIS today and inquired about the I-130 processing date at the VSC stuck at March 12th and the USCIS rep told me that all I-130s filed in the USA are now being sent to California, so the Aug 21st date is a better estimation. Does anyone believe this? I want to believe my I-130 is not really stuck in Vermont for the next year...
