Interesting Communication with NSC

I opened service request on May22nd & talked to NSC rep last week & I was told that my case is waiting to be assigned to an Imm. officer.
Today i just called again to check & was told that "On may 23rd USCIS sent me 'something' & I should be getting it within 30 days".

I asked the rep that its already 3 weeks since they sent it & even if they would've sent by regular mail, I should've got it by now. She said she doesn't know anything else & I should wait for 30 days.
Its quite scary because I don't know what did they sent & why I didn't get it.

Does anyone else also has seen similar thing??

It is most probably the response to your service request. If your PD became current only on June 1st, then the response would simply be "waiting for a visa number"
 
I am laughing at how these morons will give out the most stupid one line responses that will have us on the ropes!

In any case, I don't know if you got this response from customer service. I would try the POJ trick and maybe this time you may get an officer.

Be cool..it just a letter saying visa number crap..now July is Out as current...so cheers...and remove victim as your last name and replace with VICTORY for you....
