My case is with Vermont Service Center.
I updated my new address with AR11 on 03/01/2006. I have been receiving information from USCIS (such as renewed EAD cards, AP papers) on new address as per AR11.
On 10/23/2006 my Attorney called me and told me that did I complete finger printing on 10/06/2006 when he received FP notice. Now what happened, my attorney also changed his address and he has been receiving all above information on new address. But in case of FP Notice it went to both the old addresses and as usual no one come to know where these notices went. Fortunately my attorney received old notice thro' someone from his old address and inturn he informed on 10/23/06. As FP was expired which was scheduled fo 10/06/06, attorney advised me to goto same Biometrics center at San Jose, CA and request them to do FP. I went with printed copies (not original ones) to center and after 15 mins request they did my and wife's FP.
What my attorney did after 10/23/2006?
- He sent a fax to USCIS regarding all these mess up due to their mistake of not updating my new address in FP file
- He also took my signature on G28 form and will send a letter with this form and will apprear before USCIS
Now Question to this forum is that what do u think about my case?
