My AP application was pending. Almost two months back I checked AVM and online, it said a RFE has been issued on date X. I waited almost 10 days to get the RFE, the online message got changed and put a new date of RFE was issued oin date X+10;
I finally got RFE, and have replied within few days. They updated their message that they got it.
10 days back from now again I saw and hear message a RFE has ben issued on April 30. 10 days have passed, my lawyer has not received it where it usually taked 4/5 days to receive. I am sure the online message/AVM is going to change like before and will change the date of RFE issued.
Whats going on here??? Did anybody has the same problem? Why BCIS keep changing the date, or they are issuing RFE accidentally at the first time and update the message, but does not mail. Later they found out, it was not mailed, so they change the date. If this is the case, why Every time for me
