Hi,
Need your thoughts on my situation.
I started my GC with company A. After 2 year the company split up and company B was formed. As this was almost 1 year after my I-485 approval & EAD, i switched to company B and filed an AC-21 with them. During this whole time i was consulting for them with a client and 3 months after the AC-21, the client extended an job offer which i accepted.
Now my questions to gurus out there -
1. I have not filed another AC-21 with UCIS after joining the Client. Company B assured me that they'll continue my GC process .
2. They also mentioned that in case of an RFE, they'll respond with an "Intent to hire" clause.
What do you all think about that? Is there any problem with doing that? Should i file an AC-21 with the client - i've not mentioned to them that they'll have to support my GC when joining them . Let me know what u'll think.
regards,
