Intent to Deny

Hi
       My I-485 based on LC EB3 was cleared August 1 2000.My wife\'s case (Dependent) H4 was pending,but today I found the message
    has changed to intent to deny meanwhile I have stamped my passport.She has never worked only been on H4 all along.Anyone had
    similar experience any ideas?.Please Help.

I wouldn\'t worry about this, yet. I got the same thing on my wife, saying, that immigration records show, that she was out of status for 1 year - between 1996-1997, even though, that is not the case. We sent the proof of her, being in status. I\'m still waitin for the results, though.
