Intent-to-Deny Notice: Need Interpretation

Hello all,

I\'m extremely terrified. Just found out from AVM that they mailed out an Intent-to-Deny Notice for my case. Can any of you guys who\'ve gone through this help me explain what they might want?

Don\'t worry most of the times if your company name change or some thing which they are going to ask like REDO I-140.. Because one of my friend got same thing when he heard in AVM but he got that way... I am just writing this whatever i know...

Thanks. I\'m hoping it\'s because my company got acquired by another company and that\'s all. The new atty filed I-140 redo last month. I just hope it\'s for any other reason
