Its been going on quite some time now, right? Try this:

ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD
(Current Date)
Immigration and Naturalization Service
75 Lower Welden Street
Saint Albans, Vermont 05479
Re:
To Whom It May Concern:
This is to certify that (your name) is employed by this company as a (proposed job title) at a current salary of $ ………… per year. His/Her job description includes:
(short job description)
This is a full-time permanent position.
Sincerely
(Name and title of officer signing letter)

You could probably add some more details like the start date etc., but the above should be sufficient. Under AC21 INS needs to only verify that the new job is similar to old job and the salary is at least that of LC.

What about a letter from some other employer?
If you have waited over 180 days, you don\'t have to stay with the same employer.

Thanks guys for the reply. My employer failed to submit some of the taxes withheld from my paycheck. INS found that out by inquiring with the State of MD. That\'s why I am looking for a new job, if that helps at all.

They gave me 12 weeks to respond to their findings. If I can not have proof that I had no knowledge of this then I can never enter the US again.
I have spoken with some attorneys. They suggested to go start working for another employer. I don\'t know what\'s gonna happen

Can you be more specific ? what tax your employer failed to submit?
I am very confused about your message, how INS can find out
if tax has been withheld from your paycheck? why would INS
have to enquire with state of MD?
Is INS suspicious at your employer or you ?

According to some lawyers, INS occasionally checks with the state. In their notice they said that my paycheck submitted with I-140 looks different from the ones I presented during the interview. The reason for that was the company took over the payroll from an outside company and started doing that in-house. That\'s when everything got messed up. They never asked me any questions about it during the interview, in stead they called the state.
