Since "Intent to deny" is issued on my I485, i did a bit research. Here is what CSC has to say about that:
The case is deniable but the ground for denial might be overcome, it will issue a Request for Evidence. If it does not believe that the ground for denial can be overcome, it will issue a Notice of Intent to Deny. A case will be directly denied only if it is "statutorily deniable."
And guys, don\'t file EAD at local INS office. That would very likely trigger the "Intent tod deny". I renewed my EAD at local INS office, and i couldn\'t think of any other reason why they have this intent. I\'ve never been out of status, no company merger, been with the same comany right from the start. The only thing i can think of is this "EAD renewal at local INS office". I will keep you guys posted when i received the actual letter.
So learn it as a lesson, and DON\'T file EAD at local INS office.
