Intent to Deny and Approval

Hi All
 Has any one got approval to "Intent to deny" cases at VSC after all the paper work was sent.

I remember seeing a couple of approvals after intent to deny notices - usually within 2-4 weeks of receipt.

I have not received any information since they officially received my response on 10/24/00. The AVS says it will take 365-540 days more, but since initial processing is done, it may take up to 180 days.

Who knows? Plodding along frustratingly...

My AVS has not yet changed, but the IIO said they received the documents and are processing, would take 4-6 weeks
